‘Final Cut: Ladies & Gentlemen’ Trailer

Shows Off First Feature Film

Comprised Entirely of Movie Clips

György Pàlfi has found a way to make a movie with the biggest stars and the best action ever and not pay anyone a dime, maybe.  He makes a movie from trailers and movie snippets.  Final Cut: Ladies and Gentlemen took over three years and compiles more than 450 feature films and their musical scores.  It’s like watching That’s Entertainment without the commentary.

Muppets Most Wanted Trailer:

Muppets, Tina Fey, Ty Burrell

and a tiny bit of Ricky Gervais’

Tina Fey as a Russian prison guard snarling “Put the frog down” is among the human highlights of the first trailer for Muppets: Most Wanted.  The rest is filled with bigger bolder claims, muppets being muppets  and one cute parody of the hit “Move Like Jagger.” Younger kids will find it funny.  Adults will think it weirdly muppety.  Opens March 21, 2014.

Nicole Holofcener’s ENOUGH SAID

Starring Julia Louis-Dreyfuss

and James Gandolfini

Julia Louis-Dreyfuss stars as Eva, a woman who strikes up a relationship with fellow single parent Albert (James Gandolfini ) only to discover that he’s the ex-husband of her new friend Marianne (Catherine Keener).  Eva must then struggle to keep seeing Albert in a positive light as Marianne continues to point out his foibles.  James Gandolfini in his last starring role leaves us with his sweet side to explore.
